The vehicle, with 27,000 miles, underwent an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection for an issue related to shifting into park. The advisor was courteous and attentive. However, it took a couple of days to receive follow-up on the approval from the fleet company. Additionally, tires with 50% tread remaining were requested and replaced without my consultation. The fleet company was incorrectly advised that the tires needed replacement and did not contact me to confirm if replacement was necessary. These tires had been inspected 5,000 miles earlier, with no recommendations or indications of an imminent need for replacement. In my opinion, the tires were replaced unnecessarily. I have previously visited this dealership with a different vehicle, but I will not return, nor will I recommend it within my company. Businesses should prioritize transparency and fair practices to attract and retain customers, rather than resort to one-time, unnecessary jobs costing $1,000.
