Walked in was told they would be with you in a minute. Spoke to the advisor and he told me to go have a seat in the waiting room where you would be more comfortable. He came with his tablet and we talked about my visit and I told him I will wait for the car. He came back a little while later saying it was done. Great experience. My advisor was great!

Gabriel was wonderful. Very kind and courteous. He was upfront about what needed to be done and very transparent with me. Ultimately we only did an advanced diagnostic and we ended up taking the car back to sell, but that never affected his commitment to excellent customer service. My truck had a breakdown on the 5th would not start I had to miss work, cost me about 8 hours of vacation time which I was going to use for my birthday on the 25th now I have to go to work that day. Anyway it’s was a fuel pump module that went bad, it was replaced under the warranty which was good but everything went well people are really super there, been a customer for over 20 years there.
