Yovany was really good...I normally hate going to dealerships for service but like my other times doing business with the Ed Morse family of dealerships (I used to go to Ed Morse Cadillac in Delray when I had a Caddy), I've actually had a good service experience. Never a joy to spend money but he made my interaction with the dealership's service department as easy and as painless as possible. Would definitely recommend him as a service advisor.

My service was prompt and thorough I had an appointment for scheduled maintenance. Aldo checked for recalls and the tech noticed a large bolt in one tire that was able to be repaired. He took care of solving the problem and contacting the company that I have my extended warranty with, which made my worries less. My car was repaired, and I am very happy.
