After a couple of scheduling hiccups, they were able to find a nice loaner for me while my vehicle was being repaired. Alberto was my Service Manager and only after having my vehicle for less than 3 days, he called to say it was ready. All is good so far, thanks Alberto.

Took all day over 5 hours to do first service tire rotation and check EV. I had to be one checking status. no one came to update me on time. Very Very disappointed asked no less than 4 times last time when handed keys Did they add air to tires? Recommended is 42 Lbs. the My Chevrolet showed 36 37 36 and 35 when drove home checked and was still in hi thirties. My excuse was it is an Electric vehicle, and we don't have that many that can work on them.?? Then as leaving was informed next time you bring in you already know its and Electric Vehicle and will take longer??? I took my Lyriq ad got same service done in less than 2 hours. The whole process started bad get there had made an appointment online and was not in system. Excuse sometimes the system runs late??? Computer running late Hmm. Then sure enough at 2 38 pm I get text telling me that my appt was scheduled for 1035 am and they have reserved my spot. Since I spent 5 plus hours because was told about two hours. I was assured your car is next you can see right there they are waiting for the machine to get free? I looked a few hours later car had not moved however the waiting are cleared out three times. Really bad service for me and I never got proper air put in my tires. I could go on but why bother. Would give you a zero but not an option wasted a while day.
