Yovany was really good...I normally hate going to dealerships for service but like my other times doing business with the Ed Morse family of dealerships (I used to go to Ed Morse Cadillac in Delray when I had a Caddy), I've actually had a good service experience. Never a joy to spend money but he made my interaction with the dealership's service department as easy and as painless as possible. Would definitely recommend him as a service advisor.
