Very upset. I took my truck in because it left me stranded on the street. I had the truck towed to the dealership for Matt to TEXT me and tell me that my whole transmission broke and it was 10k to fix. I told him that I could not pay that he said that they would do a GM assistance plan and they told me 7k. I could not pay that either as we are in a hardship at the moment and 7k for a transmission is unbelievable. I don't understand how a chevy could break a transmission at 89k miles. The salesman whi sold me the truck told me 100k on the transmission then Matt tells me 60k. I went to get my truck back and Matt could not even help me with the diagnostic fee so I had to pay $150 for a tow back to my house plus $350 for diagnostic fee that I don't even have so I had to put it on Sunbit to pay. Me and my wife have always done our service and always loyal customers. Now my truck is sitting in front of my house and I have to keep paying monthly payments and insurance for a vehicle that I cannot drive or have the money to fix. And then they try to get a salesman to put me in another Chevy. Ridiculous. I don't even know what I am going to do so NO my experience was not good.
