Confirmed Service Customer
The WORST experience we have ever had. They forgot to put a cap back on our truck and leaked and they had to come get and tow our truck. Now our truck is in the shop being worked on when all we went in for was a service!

Jason the service manager of Chevy , was very accommodating with me . I was very happy with his service I was back there on a previous issue but I was accommodated with the situation it was a 2-hour drive for me to come back there but it was well worth it with the service that I got thank you.

After my routine oil change and tire rotation (along with a couple of other things). I left feeling satisfied as usual, but later that evening, I noticed a slight noise when making turns (left or right). I also noticed that my tire stem caps were missing. The missing caps might seem like a small thing, but I purchased the caps especially for my truck. They were US Air Force Caps. I have called several times but no one has responded back to me regarding my concerns.

I do not have my car back yet. It was involved in an accident and I am waiting for the repairs to be completed. The dealership has had the car since July 31. Originally my insurance agent was told it would be about a 6 day job. The latest estimate I was given for a return of the vehicle is 8/29/24.
